What is the role?
To provide oversight of the management of property and maintenance services at the School's multi-storey city campuses to ensure the School is presented and maintained to a high standard that enhances learning and supports our students, staff and community.
Who will the successful applicant be?
Experienced in facilities/property management, or construction and maintenance of buildings and property
Experienced in leading and managing a team
Excellent focus on customer service
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Good communication – both written and verbal
Good project management skills
High level computer literacy, including in Facilities Management Systems
Knowledge of the operation of a school would be desirable but not essential.
