Property and Facilities Manager
Full-time / Immediate start

What is the role?

To provide oversight of the management of property and maintenance services at the School's multi-storey city campuses to ensure the School is presented and maintained to a high standard that enhances learning and supports our students, staff and community. 


Who will the successful applicant be?

  • Experienced in facilities/property management, or construction and maintenance of buildings and property

  • Experienced in leading and managing a team

  • Excellent focus on customer service

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Good communication – both written and verbal

  • Good project management skills

  • High level computer literacy, including in Facilities Management Systems

Knowledge of the operation of a school would be desirable but not essential.
